Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing The Monet Effect to bring your creative vision to life! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your booking.

By submitting a design inquiry or making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All bookings must be submitted through the official inquiry form. 
• Please review the full service list, pricing, and FAQs located in my Instagram Highlights.
• After submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation message within 24–48 hours with:
   
  • A full breakdown of your order
  • Estimated turnaround time (1–5 business days) 
  • Project total 
  • Payment link (CashApp or Linktree)
     

• Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving your confirmation message. 
• Failure to submit payment within that timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of your request. 
• All services must be paid in full before work begins.
   

• Due to the nature of digital design services, all sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued once your project has started.
• If you need to reschedule or adjust a project before it begins, please contact me directly within 24-48 hours of booking.
   

• Standard turnaround time is 1–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
• Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may include an additional fee depending on the service.

• Each project includes a set number of revisions (typically 2–3) depending on the service.
• Additional revisions may incur a small fee.
• Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your draft.
   

• Final designs will be delivered via email or direct message.
• You will receive high-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPG, and/or MP4 (for videos).
• Files will not be editable unless otherwise discussed.
   

• Clients are expected to provide clear direction, inspiration links, preferred fonts, and any key details before the project begins.
• The more detail you give upfront, the better the outcome!
   

• If a client becomes unresponsive for 7 days or more after booking, the project will be paused.
• A restart fee may apply to resume your order, depending on the stage of completion.
   

• The Monet Effect is closed on all major U.S. holidays. Any inquiries or projects during those times may be delayed by 1–2 business days.
